We Deliver
If you are based within 25km from Albury CBD we will deliver your tree to your door on your choice of either 29/30th November or 13/14th December.
If you are based within 25-50km of the Albury CBD, we can deliver for a fee.

We Collect
We collect from your doorstep on December 28th.
It is important to inform us of an alternative date for pick up at the time of ordering if you are unable to have the tree ready for pick up on the 28th of December.
How are they delivered, are they wrapped?
The trees will not be wrapped upon delivery. The delivery will include the hessian wrap, tree, and saucer.
We do offer a valet service where we can place the tree in your perfect spot on the saucer, and put on the wrap ribbon.
Do I have to re-wrap the tree for pickup?
No, as long as the tree and all the components delivered are left on the door step, or an easily accessible and agreed alternative location we will take care of everything else.
What is the delivery date?
In 2025 there are 2 delivery windows you can choice from; 29/30th November, or 13/14th December, or otherwise coordinated direct with us.
In the week leading up to the delivery date we will advise a window of time for when it will arrive.
You do not need to be home, we will leave it on your doorstep, or alternative location if advised ahead of time.
What is the pick up date?
28th December – unless otherwise coordinated
You can place your tree on the doorstep, or in an alternative location if advised ahead of time and we will pick it up from there.
Where we source our trees
With our mission in mind, we identified some key areas for improvement. Potted Pines nurtures our trees year-round with fertilizer, pruning, and shaping to help them show off their beauty.
Our goal of offering an environmentally friendly alternative for your Christmas tree is achieved by growing trees in pots, which allows them to be cherished for up to 8 years instead of just one. After Christmas, we collect and care for them ensuring they’re ready for next year, growing taller and fuller each season.
