1. Introduction
At Potted Pines, we aim to provide the highest quality service. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding the return of leased potted Christmas trees and related refunds.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
• All leased potted Christmas trees must be returned at the end of the lease period as specified in your order confirmation.
• The tree must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, aside from normal wear and tear.
2.2 Return Process
Trees should be prepared for return according to the instructions provided at the time of delivery.
Our team will collect the tree on the agree date of collection
If you are required to return the tree early, please contact us at least 3 days in advance to arrange an earlier collection or drop-off.
Unless agreed at the time of order or confirmation any leased tree returned early will not be eligible for a pro-rata or full refund.
3.Refund Policy
3.1 Security Deposit Refund
The security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded in full, provided the tree is returned in good condition.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the tree has been collected and inspected if they are eligible for a refund.
If the tree is returned in a damaged condition, or not returned at all, part or all of the security deposit (if applicable) may be withheld to cover repair or replacement costs.
3.2 Early Lease Termination
If you wish to terminate the lease early, please notify us as soon as possible.
A pro-rata refund of the lease fee is not available on the time remaining in the lease period and the condition of the tree upon return.
No refund will be issued if the tree is returned less than 7 days before the end of the lease period.
3.3 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 21 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations made within 21 days of the delivery date may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
If you cancel after the tree has been delivered, no refund of the lease fee will be provided, but the security deposit (if applicable) may still be refunded upon return of the tree.
3.4 Non-Refundable Items
Delivery and collection fees are non-refundable unless the service was not provided as agreed.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
