Delivery Policy

1. Introduction

At Potted Pines, we strive to provide a seamless delivery experience for our customers leasing our potted Christmas trees. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery and pick-up of leased products.

2. Delivery Area
• We offer delivery and pick-up services for customers within a 25 km radius of Albury CBD.

• For customers outside this 25 km zone but within 50km of Albury CBD, a delivery fee will apply, which will be applied during checkout.

• For customers outside 50km from Albury CBD delivery and collection will be calculated based on the distance from Albury CBD and agreed prior to your order confirmation.

3. Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made on December 1st between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, unless you have a confirmed alternative delivery date.

• Within 7 days prior to delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with your scheduled delivery time window.

• We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up Process

• Our team will deliver the potted Christmas tree to the address provided during the checkout process.

• Trees will be delivered to your doorstep or another accessible location if agreed.

• At the end of the lease period, we will arrange a pick-up date with you. Within 7 days of collection you will receive a confirmation email with your schedule collection time.

• If you are required to return the tree early, please contact us at least 3 days in advance to arrange an earlier collection or drop-off.

5. Delivery and Collection Fees

• Delivery and collection are included in the lease fee for customers within the 25 km radius of Albury CBD.

• For customers outside this 25 km zone but within 50km of Albury CBD, a delivery and collection fee will apply, which will be applied during checkout.

• For customers outside 50km from Albury CBD delivery and collection will be calculated based on the distance from Albury CBD and agreed prior to your lease confirmation.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If we are unable to delivery or collection your tree at the advised time a re-delivery or re-collection of $30 AUD for each occurrence will apply.

7. Special Instructions

• If you have specific instructions for delivery (e.g., gate codes, preferred drop-off locations), please include them in the order notes during checkout.

Our team will do their best to accommodate these instructions within reason.
