Introduction

Welcome to Potted Pines. By placing an order for the leasing of a potted Christmas trees, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Lease Period
• The lease period for the potted Christmas tree begins on December 1st and ends of December 28th.
• If you wish to reduce or extend the lease period, please advise us at the time of ordering. We will confirm to you if we can accommodate your request. Additional fees and charges might apply.
• If you wish to have a custom lease period outside of December please contact us and we will discuss directly the timeframe and costs associated before confirming your leasing agreement.

Payment and Fees
• The lease fee is as specified on our website at the time of your order.
Full payment is due at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery and Collection
• The lease fee includes delivery and collection services within our service area, 25km from Albury CBD.
• Delivery and collection fees will apply as indicated during the checkout process for areas up to 50km from Albury CBD.
• Areas outside of 50km from Albury CBD can be discussed directly with us via our contact details. Additional fees and charges might apply.
• Delivery and collection time windows will be arranged in advance by Potted Pines and confirmed  to you by email.

Care Instructions
• The lessee is responsible for the care of the potted Christmas tree during the lease period.
• Detailed care instructions will be provided with the tree. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the tree, for which the lessee will be held liable.

Damage and Loss
• The lessee is responsible for any damage or loss of the tree during the lease period.
• If the tree is returned in a damaged condition, or not returned at all, the lessee may be charged for the full replacement cost of the tree.

Return of Tree
• The tree must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, aside from normal wear.
• Failure to return the tree by the agreed date may result in additional fees.

Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations can be made up to 21 days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 21 days of the delivery date may incur a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability
• Potted Pines will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
• Our maximum liability shall be limited to the lease fee paid by the customer.

Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
